Built between 1976 and 1983, the Pearson 323 is a comfortable and able cruising boat, traditionally designed, with a modified keel with protected skeg-hung rudder. RUSTY PELICAN shows well and appears to have been well maintained. She's hull #174 of this popular Bill Shaw design. Sails and interior cushions are newer, and engine has only 1,344 hours.
