Accommodations

Sleeps six.  V berth forward, enclosed head with vanity and shower next aft to port, hanging locker opposite to starboard. Main cabin next aft with settees port and starboard.  Port settee slides out to form double berth. Bulkhead-mounted dining table folds down. Forward-facing nav station next aft to port, U-shaped galley opposite to starboard.  Quarterberth aft of nav station to port. Interior cushions in main cabin replaced in 2023.

Galley

U-shaped galley features Regal four-burner, stainless steel, gimbaled, four-burner, CNG stove with oven, stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurized water, ice box.

Electrical

12 volt DC and 110 volt AC dockside systems with breaker panels. 12 volt system with two 12 volt batteries and Perko selector switch. 110 volt dockside system includes 30 amp shore power cord.

Electronics and Navigation

Pedestal-mounted Garmin GPSMAP 943xsv chartplotter/GPS (2023), Garmin gWind apparent windspeed/direction indicator (2023), West Marine VHF radio transceiver. West Marine handheld VHF radio transceiver, Ritchie SP-5 pedestal-mounted compass.

Engine and Mechanical

Yanmar 30GMF three-cylinder, 27 horsepower, fresh-water-cooled diesel engine. Motor mounts, raw water pump, and exhaust elbow reportedly replaced in recent years.

Plumbing

All head hoses replaced in 2023.

Hull and Deck

Shoal draft Scheel keel model with 4' 5 1/2" draft. Double lifelines, boarding gates port and starboard. Transom-mounted boarding/swim ladder. Bow anchor roller, foredeck anchor locker. Edson pedestal wheel steering. Two opening overhead hatches. Nine opening ports. Two dorade vents. Bottom was reportedly sandblasted and barrier coated several years ago.

Sails and Rigging

Keel-stepped mast. Sail inventory includes fully-battened mainsail, 130% roller-furling genoa, newer 90% working jib. Harken roller-furling system for headsail. Winch inventory includes two #27 CST primary genoa sheet winches, #18 winch on port cabintop, #18 winch on starboard cabintop.  Boom vang. Mainsheet traveler just forward of helm. Standing rigging was reportedly replaced several years ago.

Additional Inventory

Dodger, cockpit cushions. Anchor, chain and nylon rode. Lifesling man overboard buoy. Windscoop. Radar reflector. Assorted fenders, docklines, and PFD's.
